Delivery Info

DELIVERY CHARGES 
1. For all UK orders over £70 Delivery is FREE 
2. For orders under £70 we apply charges of £1.25 per Item (minimum £2.50) 
3. Due to the nature of the products that we sell, it is not always possible to dispatch orders immediately. We will inform you when your order is ready for dispatch which we will normally do within 28 days of receiving your order. Pictures are normally sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post.

Additional Notes/Information

a) For UK orders sent by Royal Mail we are unable to make any enquiries into the whereabouts of your product until 7 working days have elapsed from date of dispatch from our premises.

b) Depending on the size of your Order or Item we may may split your order into two or more batches.

c) Should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it in time after an attempted delivery or the address you entered was incorrect, we reserve the right to pass on any costs incured.

d) As our products are not always held as stock items, we will endeavour to contact you before processing your order if it appears delivery will take longer. Full payment is taken at the time of processing your order.
